PETALING JAYA: Kuantan became the latest district to be categorised as a Covid-19 red zone today after recording more than 40 cases of the virus infection.

According to a health ministry graphic, the district now has 43 cases.
It is the second district in Pahang after Jerantut to be designated as a red zone.
Other red zones in the country are:
Petaling, Hulu Langat, Gombak, Sepang and Klang (Selangor)
Cheras, Kepong, Lembah Pantai and Titiwangsa (Kuala Lumpur)
Batu Pahat, Johor Bahru, Kluang (Johor)
Hilir Perak and Kinta (Perak)

Kota Bharu (Kelantan)
Jerantut (Pahang)
Jasin (Melaka)
