SINGAPORE 17 March 2026 (The Capital Post)- Singapore Courts have issued a warning to the public regarding fraudulent court orders circulating that demand the transfer of money to unknown accounts.
Authorities said scammers are impersonating court officials and sending fake legal notices via email, text messages, or social media, instructing recipients to make urgent payments under the guise of legal obligations.
The courts stressed that genuine legal communications would follow official procedures and that members of the public should verify any suspicious notices directly with the relevant authorities before taking action.
