JEMENTAH, Johor, 10 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Steven Sim Chee Keong today met with personnel from the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) and its agencies in Johor during the 2026 Minister’s Engagement Session held at Dewan Serbaguna Jementah.
The session served as a platform for KUSKOP personnel and agencies in Johor to receive the minister’s address and engage directly with him on matters related to the ministry’s direction and service delivery.
The engagement also provided an opportunity for Steven Sim to receive feedback and input from officers on the ground to further improve the effectiveness of programmes and services provided to the public.

The minister said continuous engagement sessions such as this are important in strengthening cooperation between KUSKOP and its agencies, particularly in advancing entrepreneurship development and the cooperative movement towards supporting the country’s economic growth.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi, the session was also attended by Secretary-General of KUSKOP Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud; Chief Executive Officer of Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia Puan Noor Aeiza binti Hassan; Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Operations) of TEKUN Nasional Tuan Haji Md Ahirun bin Ruba’ain; Senior Secretary of the Management Division of KUSKOP Mohd Asri bin Mohamed; as well as representatives from KUSKOP agencies in Johor. – The Capital Post.
