KPT strengthens spiritual values through Yasin recital

PUTRAJAYA, 10 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) organised a Yasin recital and Sunat Tasbih prayer programme at Surau Ibadurrahman today as part of efforts to strengthen spiritual values, foster unity and cultivate a harmonious working environment among its personnel.

Jointly organised by Surau Ibadurrahman KPT, PUSPANITA Cawangan KPT and the KPT Sports and Welfare Club, the programme brought together senior ministry officials, PUSPANITA members and KPT staff in an atmosphere of reflection and togetherness.

The event was attended by KPT Secretary-General Datuk Ts. Dr. Haji Aminuddin Hassim and his wife, Datin Murni Muda, who is the Chairperson of PUSPANITA Cawangan KPT.

The Yasin recital was led by Deputy Secretary-General (Management and Development) Datuk Ts. Dr. Mohd Nor Azman Hassan, while the Sunat Tasbih prayer was led by Ustaz Harun Abdul Halim from KPT’s Integrity Unit.

The programme served not only to strengthen ties among ministry personnel but also to reinforce Surau Ibadurrahman as a centre for nurturing the values of compassion, integrity and unity within the organisation.
