SUBANG JAYA, 1 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Epson has expanded its EcoTank printer portfolio in Malaysia with the introduction of eight new compact models, offering faster printing speeds, higher page yields and enhanced mobile connectivity for homes and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The new line-up includes the L1310, L3310, L3316, L3350, L3356 and L5390, designed to deliver cost-efficient, high-volume printing while meeting the growing demand for reliable home and office printing solutions.

Building on the success of more than 100 million EcoTank printers sold globally, the latest generation combines improved performance, simplified maintenance and smart workflow features in a more compact design.

Among the new features are support for the Epson Smart Panel app on selected models, allowing users to set up, monitor, scan and copy documents directly from their mobile devices. The L3350, L3356 and L5390 also support Apple AirPrint, while the L5390 is equipped with an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) to improve productivity for multi-page documents.

Each printer is equipped with high-capacity 65ml CMYK ink bottles capable of printing up to 4,700 black-and-white pages and 7,500 colour pages. The printers also feature colour-coded refill systems to reduce spills and simplify maintenance.

Designed for long-term use, the new EcoTank models support up to 50,000 printed pages under warranty and include a replaceable Maintenance Box for easier servicing. Epson has also incorporated a Semi-Automatic Print Adjustment system to maintain print quality and colour consistency over time.

He said the next-generation EcoTank series combines faster performance, greater durability and intuitive features to support businesses in today’s competitive environment while providing home users with reliable and cost-effective printing solutions.
