KUALA LUMPUR, 1 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The 6th International Cyber Resilience Conference (CRC 2026) was highlighted during an interview on TraXX FM featuring Ts. Dr. Muhammad Faiz bin Mohd Zaki, Director of the Data and Information Management Centre at Universiti Malaya.
The interview focused on CRC 2026, which is being held from 1 to 3 September 2026 in a hybrid format at Bangi Resort Hotel, Selangor, bringing together policymakers, government and enforcement agencies, academics, researchers, industry players and cybersecurity practitioners from Malaysia and abroad.
The conference has recorded participation from 47 countries, with 160 papers scheduled for presentation, reflecting international commitment and cooperation towards strengthening the cyber resilience agenda.
CRC 2026 serves as an important platform for sharing knowledge, expertise, emerging technologies and strategic directions to address increasingly complex and cross-border cyber threats.

The conference will reach its highlight tomorrow, 2 September 2026, with the CRC 2026 Opening Ceremony to be officiated by Home Affairs Minister YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, underscoring the Government’s commitment to strengthening national cyber preparedness and resilience.
