SERDANG, 2 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – Rural and Regional Development Deputy Minister YB Datuk Hajah Rubiah binti Haji Wang visited entrepreneurs under the Terengganu Tengah Development Authority (KETENGAH) participating in Laman Usahawan Desa @ MAHA 2026.
The visit took place on the fifth day of the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show (MAHA 2026) at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), where Datuk Hajah Rubiah was accompanied by KKDW Deputy Secretary-General (Policy) YBhg. Dato’ Abdul Kahar bin Abdullah.
During the visit, Datuk Hajah Rubiah interacted with the entrepreneurs, sampled their products and heard about their experiences in developing their businesses.
Eight KETENGAH-supported entrepreneurs received the deputy minister’s visit, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their products and share their business experiences.

The participation also served as a platform to promote KETENGAH entrepreneurs’ products while creating opportunities for business networking, promotion and wider market access.
September 1 marked the final day of KETENGAH’s participation at MAHA 2026, allowing other agencies under KKDW to continue using Laman Usahawan Desa to showcase their entrepreneurs and products.
Also present were KETENGAH Deputy General Manager (Operations) Tuan Haji Mahdi Amin bin Ahmad and KETENGAH management.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah, the visit reflected KKDW’s continued support for rural entrepreneurs and efforts to strengthen their market reach and competitiveness. – The Capital Post
