KUALA LUMPUR, 17 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – A Giant Silambam demonstration at Festival Budaya Malaysia (FBM) 2026 has achieved an ASEAN and Asian record, marking another highlight of the national cultural festival.
The demonstration showcased Silambam’s combination of tradition, agility and cultural heritage through an energetic performance.
The achievement also highlighted the continued presence of traditional heritage arts on a wider regional stage.
