CYBERJAYA, 1 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) is expanding workplace psychology and counselling support through its Psikologi2U outreach programme.
The fourth series of the Psikologi2U Roadshow was held at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS) in Cyberjaya on 30 September, involving 45 JPS officers from across Malaysia.
Organised by PETRA’s Human Resource Management Division, the programme was conducted by PETRA Psychology Officer Siti Nur Ain binti Md. Johari.
The initiative is aimed at widening access to psychological services for PETRA personnel, including personnel assessment, intervention and personal development support.
PETRA said the programme also seeks to reduce negative stigma surrounding psychology and counselling services by encouraging a more positive understanding of workplace mental wellbeing.

Activities focused on helping officers manage stress, adjust their mindset and respond to psychological challenges in the workplace.
The programme is also designed as an ongoing form of career support, with modules suitable for employees at different stages of public service, from newly appointed officers to those approaching retirement.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Peralihan Tenaga dan Transformasi Air, the Psikologi2U initiative forms part of efforts to improve employee wellbeing and make psychological support more accessible across the ministry and its departments – The Capital Post
