On Sept 25, OpenAI announced that ChatGPT will be introducing an array of voice and image features that promise to transform how users can interact with the chatbot.

The new upgrades will reportedly enable users to share visual content with ChatGPT, making interactions more dynamic and user-friendly.

“You can now show ChatGPT one or more images. Troubleshoot why your grill won’t start, explore the contents of your fridge to plan a meal, or analyse a complex graph for work-related data,” said OpenAI on their website.

The company added that users can also expect to partake in dynamic back-and-forth conversations with ChatGPT through the use of simple voice commands.

“Speak with it on the go, request a bedtime story for your family, or settle a dinner table debate,” the company added.

The enhanced iteration of ChatGPT is set to become accessible to Plus and Enterprise users on mobile platforms within the coming two weeks. Following this initial rollout, developers and other users can expect access to these upgrades in the near future.
