KUALA LUMPUR, 12 May 2026 (The Capital Post) — The MyLesen B2 Sekolah (MyB2S) programme has been launched as an important initiative to improve road safety among students, particularly those who rely on motorcycles as their main transportation to school.
The information was shared via Fadhlina Sidek’s official Facebook page.
The programme, carried out through cross-ministerial and agency cooperation, is aimed at helping students from underprivileged families obtain valid motorcycle licences while promoting safer and more responsible road use.
Through MyB2S, students will not only be assisted in getting their driving licences legally, but will also be exposed to road safety awareness, discipline and a sense of responsibility as road users.
A total of 60,000 students nationwide are expected to benefit from the programme, which involves an allocation of more than RM18.5 million.

The initiative is also seen as a meaningful effort to ease the burden of low-income families, especially amid global energy challenges that continue to affect household costs.
Appreciation was also extended to the Ministry of Transport Malaysia, the Road Transport Department Malaysia and all parties involved in making the initiative a reality.
The MADANI Government said it remains committed to finding the best ways to protect the people through various initiatives, including those involving schoolchildren. – The Capital Post
