JELEBU, 27 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – Minister of Plantation and Commodities YB Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad today officiated the Salam Agrikomoditi: Jelajah MSNR Pasoh programme at Dewan Semai Bakti, FELDA Pasoh 1, as part of the ministry’s efforts to engage directly with rubber smallholders and strengthen the nation’s rubber industry.
The programme served as a platform for the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) to reach out to local communities while providing updates on the Malaysia Sustainable Natural Rubber (MSNR) initiative, the Rubber Transaction Authority Permit (PAT-G), as well as various government assistance schemes and incentives available to rubber smallholders.
A mobile one-stop service counter was also made available, allowing visitors to seek advisory services, check their application status, submit or renew PAT-G applications, and obtain information on government assistance programmes, including BUDI Agrikomoditi, which provides eligible recipients with RM400 per month in cash assistance.

Through its community outreach approach, KPK reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that government policies, initiatives and assistance reach targeted beneficiaries directly while enhancing the competitiveness of Malaysia’s rubber industry and improving the livelihoods of smallholders.
