PUTRAJAYA, 25 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Dato Sri Tiong King Sing received a courtesy visit from a delegation from KLCC (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. led by Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Sr Mohd. Salem Kailany.
The meeting focused on efforts to enhance the tourist experience in the KLCC area, including its readiness as a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) destination, tourist-friendly facilities and infrastructure, as well as the management of photography services in the area.
The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) and KLCC will continue to strengthen their strategic cooperation to ensure KLCC remains an iconic, comfortable and tourist-friendly destination of international standing, in line with the aspirations of Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026).

Also present were MOTAC Secretary-General Dato’ Shaharuddin bin Abu Sohot, Tourism Malaysia Director-General Mohd Amirul Rizal bin Abdul Rahim and MyCEB Chief Executive Officer Tan Mei Phing.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of the Kementerian Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya Malaysia, the engagement reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between MOTAC and KLCC in supporting Malaysia’s tourism industry. – The Capital Post
