PUTRAJAYA, 1 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – Ministry of Health (MOH) Secretary-General YBhg. Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam bin Hj. Ahmad attended the Special Task Force for Agency Reform (STAR) meeting chaired by Chief Secretary to the Government YBhg. Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar in Putrajaya today.
The meeting serves as an important platform for the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) to further strengthen governance and improve the healthcare service delivery system to make it more efficient, faster and responsive to the needs of the people.
For MOH, efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery are ongoing to ensure healthcare services are delivered more efficiently, with quality and greater accessibility for the public.
The approach also places emphasis on improving work processes, optimising the use of resources and strengthening the capabilities of MOH personnel to ensure the country’s healthcare system remains resilient and able to meet current needs and future health challenges.

Also present at the meeting were Attorney-General YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki bin Mokhtar, Auditor-General YBhg. Datuk Seri Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi and Secretary-General of the Treasury YBhg. Tan Sri Johan Mahmood Merican, together with senior public service leadership, including ministry secretaries-general and heads of service or their representatives.
