KUALA LUMPUR, 26 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Works (KKR) marked Hari Cuci Malaysia 2026 with a ministry-wide gotong-royong programme aimed at promoting cleanliness, teamwork and a more conducive workplace environment.
The programme involved KKR personnel at the Block A lobby and across the ministry’s divisions.
It began with an administrative briefing and an opening session officiated by KKR Deputy Secretary-General (Management Sector) Dato’ Zainal Alhakab Seman, followed by a group photo session and gotong-royong activities at the respective divisions.
KKR said the initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to fostering a culture of cleanliness, cheerfulness and cooperation among its personnel.

The programme also supports efforts to maintain a cleaner and more organised working environment across the ministry.
