PUTRAJAYA, 29 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) has strengthened its internal mentoring programme through a workshop aimed at improving guidance, career development and psychosocial wellbeing among officers.
The Mentoring Relationship Enhancement Workshop was organised by PETRA’s Human Resource Management Division at Menara PETRA on 28 September.
A total of 11 mentor-mentee pairs comprising officers from the ministry and its departments participated in the workshop.
The session was conducted by Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) Psychology Management Branch Principal Assistant Secretary Siti Hasiah binti Hj. Jusoh.

The workshop focused on strengthening mentoring skills, supporting career performance and personal development, while improving participants’ capabilities in personal, social, cultural and professional aspects of public service.
PETRA said the programme also sought to support psychosocial wellbeing and encourage stronger professional relationships between mentors and mentees.
