KUALA LUMPUR, 5 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – Litar Rasa MADANI recorded more than RM500,000 in sales over three days, exceeding its target while creating business opportunities for 40 micro food and beverage entrepreneurs.
The programme, organised in conjunction with the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix 2026, attracted about 19,000 visitors throughout the three-day event.
Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim officiated Litar Rasa MADANI and also met visitors and participating entrepreneurs during the programme.
The initiative was introduced to ensure that economic opportunities generated by major international events could also benefit micro entrepreneurs, particularly hawkers and small traders.

The Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) said the programme was aimed at expanding market opportunities and strengthening the capacity of micro businesses.
Also present were Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Steven Sim Chee Keong, Youth and Sports Minister Dr. Taufiq bin Johari, Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar, ministry secretaries-general, and senior management representatives from KUSKOP and its agencies.
