The ministry highlighted the importance of talent development and institutional capacity-building in preparing government agencies to respond to rapid technological changes.
Strengthening these capabilities would help public sector organisations better understand emerging technologies and explore their potential applications in government operations and service delivery.
The proposed collaboration is aligned with Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 aspirations, which seek to strengthen the country’s readiness to adopt artificial intelligence and improve public services.
Also present at the engagement session was Digital Ministry Deputy Secretary-General (Digital Development) Ma. Sivanesan.
