The guidelines are intended to help ministry personnel and agencies under KKR submit complaints or seek advice from MyCC when signs of bid rigging are detected during procurement processes.

Both organisations emphasised their commitment to preventing cartel practices that could affect fair competition and the interests of the government and the public.

The initiative also aims to strengthen accountability and ensure government allocations are utilised efficiently through transparent procurement practices.
