PETALING JAYA, 3 November 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Digital Ministry has officially handed over the Sekolahku Portal to the Ministry of Education (MOE), providing a centralised digital platform for the public to access school information nationwide.

The handover ceremony was jointly officiated by Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo and Education Minister Datuk Seri Fadhlina Sidek at Sekolah Kebangsaan Damansara Utama on Tuesday.

The Sekolahku Portal was developed to consolidate official school information into a single platform, allowing parents, guardians and the public to search for schools by location and access school profiles and basic statistics.

The initiative aims to improve public access to educational information by providing a more convenient and reliable reference point.

Developed by GovTech Malaysia under the Digital Ministry, the portal represents a collaborative effort between the two ministries through a Whole-of-Government approach.
