KUALA LUMPUR 9 April 2026 (The Capital Post) – Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) has announced an interim income distribution of 2.5 sen per unit for the six‑month period ended 31 March 2026, rewarding about 87,000 unitholders with payouts totaling roughly RM118.74 million.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) and its fund manager PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM) said the distribution comprises 2.06 sen of basic income and a 0.44 sen bonus, with the bonus portion funded by PHB for the first one million units held by each investor.
The payout reflects confidence in AHB’s asset portfolio, which PHB’s group managing director, Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad, described as resilient amid fluctuating market conditions. He highlighted that the diversified holdings of prime commercial properties have supported sustained returns for investors.

Under the payout arrangement, unitholders holding fewer than 10,000 units will receive their distribution in additional AHB units, while those with 10,000 units and above will have their cash payments credited directly to their bank accounts on 13 April 2026. The distribution is net of tax and zakat, requiring no further deductions.
PHBAM’s chief executive officer, Zulkifli Ishak, said the firm intends to expand awareness and participation among potential investors, especially within the Bumiputera community through enhanced financial literacy efforts and broader marketing strategies.-The Capital Post
