Johor, 6 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has called on Johor voters to give Pakatan Harapan a fresh mandate, saying it would enable the coalition to continue implementing development initiatives for the state in a more structured, effective and convincing manner.
Speaking at the conclusion of his programme with the community in Serom, Anwar said the upcoming election was not merely about choosing a political party or candidate but about determining Johor’s direction and the future to be passed on to the next generation.
He said the decision made by voters would play a crucial role in shaping political stability, strengthening the economy, boosting investor confidence, creating more employment opportunities and safeguarding the well-being of future generations.

Anwar also reiterated his “Johor Ke Depan” message while urging voters to support Pakatan Harapan in the upcoming polls.
