Fahmi Strengthens NADI’s Link With Sarawak Communities

KUCHING, 16 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – Communications Minister YB Dato’ Seri Fahmi Fadzil has highlighted the role of National Information Dissemination Centre (NADI) advisory panels in strengthening links between NADI centres and local communities.

Fahmi attended an engagement session with 31 NADI Advisory Panel members at NADI Padungan in Kuching, Sarawak.

In his address, he said the advisory panels serve as an important bridge between NADI and communities by communicating local views and identifying needs on the ground.

The panels also play a role in expanding awareness of the services and benefits available through NADI to surrounding communities.

Also present were Strategic and Corporate Communications Division Secretary Naim Fahmi Tajuddin; Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Chief State Affairs Officer Tuan Haji Bukhari Yahya; and MCMC Deputy Director of NADI Strategy and Development Nadhirah Kamarudin.
