KUALA LUMPUR, 14 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil has launched the RAHMAH Pandapro Rebate Incentive, offering civil servants a 20% discount on a 12-month pandapro membership subscription.
The initiative was announced during the Ministry of Communications’ October 2026 Monthly Assembly, organised by the Malaysian National News Agency (BERNAMA) at Menara Komunikasi today.
The special rebate is available exclusively to civil servants who possess an official government email address.
Eligible individuals can access the offer through the foodpanda application from 14 October until 31 December 2026.
The programme is a strategic collaboration between the Ministry of Communications and foodpanda, aimed at supporting the implementation of the Hybrid Working Day (HBH) Policy across Malaysia’s public service.

Through the initiative, eligible government employees will have an opportunity to subscribe to pandapro at a discounted rate during the promotional period.
The launch formed part of the ministry’s monthly gathering, which brought together senior officials and representatives from its departments and agencies.
Also present was Communications Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Abdul Halim Hamzah, alongside senior management personnel from the ministry and its affiliated organisations.
