KUALA LUMPUR, 6 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) is strengthening direct services to the public and tourism industry through its MOTAC C.A.R.E. initiative at MATTA Fair September 2026.
Held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, the initiative is organised through MOTAC’s Tourism Licensing and Enforcement Division (BPPP) and focuses on four key areas — Connect, Assist, Resolve and Engage.
Visitors can obtain information and advice on tourism matters, including tour operating and travel agency licences, compound payments, TOURLIST and other licensing and enforcement issues.
The initiative also provides a platform for MOTAC officers to engage directly with members of the public and industry players, respond to enquiries and gather feedback on their needs and concerns.
