JOHOR BAHRU, July 11, 2026 (The Capital Post) – Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Maszlee Malik has won the N41 Puteri Wangsa state seat following the official results announced in the 2026 Johor State Election.
Maszlee, who had also been widely touted as a potential Johor Menteri Besar candidate should PH form the state government, secured 30,228 votes (47.94%), defeating Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Teow Chia Ling, who garnered 26,654 votes (42.27%).
MUDA candidate Rashifa Aljunied received 4,219 votes, followed by Bersama candidate Nicholas Paul Vincent with 1,774 votes, while Independent candidate Wang Wee Siong polled 183 votes.
