PETRA Strengthens Public Complaints Management Through JKTPAK Meeting

PUTRAJAYA, 16 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) chaired the first 2026 meeting of its Standing Committee on Public Complaints Management (JKTPAK) at Menara PETRA.

The meeting served as a strategic platform to review, analyse and monitor the performance of public complaints management through the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA), involving all departments and agencies under the ministry.

Discussions focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of complaint handling to ensure public feedback is addressed promptly, systematically and in accordance with established governance standards.

PETRA said the continued initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to strengthening the delivery of its core services while ensuring public complaints and feedback are managed efficiently, transparently and with integrity.
