PUTRAJAYA, 10 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA), through its Human Resource Management Division (BPSM), organised the Psikologi2U Outreach Programme Series 3 for 2026 at the Sewerage Services Department (JPP), Putrajaya, on August 7.
The programme was attended by 40 officers and staff members from JPP as part of PETRA’s efforts to enhance the delivery of psychological services to its workforce, covering assessment, intervention and personnel development.
The initiative also focuses on reducing negative stigma and promoting a healthier perception of psychological and counselling services in the workplace.
A range of activities was organised to improve staff wellbeing, particularly in managing stress, developing a positive mindset and strengthening their ability to cope with psychological challenges.

The programme also serves as an inclusive platform for continuous career support, with modules designed for employees at different stages of service, from newly appointed personnel to those approaching retirement.
Overall, the programme is expected to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing while equipping participants with basic knowledge and skills to manage emotions, stress and personal wellbeing effectively.
