PUTRAJAYA, 17 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – Two senior officers of the Public Works Department (JKR) received their acting appointment letters during a ceremony held at JKR Putrajaya on Friday (16 October).
The appointment letters were presented by Works Minister Dato’ Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, accompanied by Ministry of Works Secretary-General Dato’ Seri Azman Ibrahim.
Dato’ Ir. Suhaili Mansor received his acting appointment and placement as Deputy Director-General of Public Works (Building Sector), while assuming the position of Mechanical Engineer, Premier Grade A.
At the same ceremony, Ir. Zuraidah Muhamad received her acting appointment as Senior Director of JKR’s Electrical Engineering Branch, while assuming the position of Electrical Engineer, Premier Grade B.
Also present were Dato’ Ir. Ibrahim Esa and members of the Ministry of Works’ senior management.

The appointments involve two senior positions within JKR’s building and electrical engineering divisions.
The Ministry of Works congratulated both officers and expressed its hope that they would carry out their responsibilities with dedication and professionalism.
