712 Healthcare Personnel Honoured at APC 2025

BANGI, July 24, 2026 (The Capital Post) – A total of 712 healthcare personnel from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya were recognised for their outstanding service and dedication at the 2025 Excellence Service Awards (APC) ceremony organised by the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya Health Department (JKWPKL & Putrajaya).

The ceremony was officiated by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam Ahmad, at the Bangi Avenue Convention Center (BACC).

Recipients comprised civil servants serving across various healthcare facilities under JKWPKL & Putrajaya, including hospitals, district health offices and district dental health offices.

Held under the theme “Upholding Excellence, Building a Legacy”, the event celebrated the commitment, dedication and achievements of healthcare personnel who continue to ensure the delivery of efficient and quality healthcare services despite the challenges of serving a densely populated metropolitan area.

The Ministry of Health said the awards represent its highest appreciation for the hard work, sacrifices and unwavering commitment of its workforce, recognising those who have consistently demonstrated excellence in carrying out their responsibilities.

The recognition also reflects the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI by promoting a transformative work culture driven by agility, innovation, integrity, professionalism and compassion in serving the public.

Also present at the ceremony were Director of Health for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, Datin Dr. Haliza Abdul Manaf, deputy directors, hospital directors, district health officers and district dental health officers.
