KUALA LUMPUR, 25 May 2026 (The Capital Post) — Deputy Secretary-General (Strategic) of the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM), Mohd Daud Mohd Arif, recently accompanied the Parliamentary Special Select Committee on Women, Children and Community Development on an official working visit to Kuala Lumpur and Johor.
The visit began with an operational review of the One Stop Crisis Centre (OSCC) at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) before continuing to Johor.
In Johor, the delegation visited Hospital Sultanah Aminah and later attended a dialogue and engagement session with representatives from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) held at the Johor State Social Welfare Department (JKM).
According to the ministry, the field visit aimed to observe healthcare support facilities, gain insights into grassroots-level issues and strengthen collaboration between the government, Parliament and NGOs.

The initiative also reflects ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and community welfare, particularly for target groups such as women and children.
