PUTRAJAYA, 15 July 2026 (The Capital Post) – Nearly 500 members of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture’s (MOTAC) PUSPANITA branch took part in the Wanita Berhak Bahagia programme, an initiative aimed at promoting women’s well-being, personal development and workplace resilience.
Organised by PUSPANITA MOTAC in collaboration with ECOTWIN STEP Training & Consultancy (ETS), the programme featured discussions on contemporary challenges faced by women, including balancing career and family responsibilities, as well as addressing workplace toxicity.
The event opened with welcoming remarks by PUSPANITA MOTAC Chairperson Datin Yuzaira Yusoff and concluded with a closing ceremony officiated by MOTAC Secretary-General Dato’ Shaharuddin Abu Sohot.
Also in attendance were PUSPANITA Ministry of Higher Education Chairperson Datin Hajah Murni Muda and PUSPANITA Ministry of Human Resources Chairperson Datin Roszita Imaduddin.

Highlights of the programme included a talk by Dr. Hisham Dzakiria on women as providers and workplace toxicity, followed by the Wanita Berhak Bahagia forum, an entertainment performance by Ayu Damit, and a lucky draw session.
