PUTRAJAYA, July 25, 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) has reinforced its leadership and service delivery through the presentation of appointment letters to several senior officials from the ministry and its agencies.
The appointment letters were presented by KESUMA Secretary-General Datuk Haji Azman Mohd Yusof during a ceremony held at the Secretary-General’s Office in Putrajaya.
The newly appointed officials are Betty Hasan as Director-General of the Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia, Bashah Bachik as Director-General of the Department of Trade Union Affairs, Grace Dairiam as Secretary of the Policy Division, Yusoff Harun as Deputy Director-General (Operations) of the Peninsular Malaysia Labour Department (JTKSM), Che Mohd Rokman Che Awang as Deputy Director-General (Management and Development) of JTKSM, and Mohd Nizar Zakaria as Director of the Sabah Labour Department.

KESUMA said the appointments reflect the ministry’s commitment to strengthening organisational leadership, enhancing governance and ensuring more efficient, transparent and effective public service delivery to meet the needs of the people and the country’s labour market.
