BUKIT MERTAJAM, 23 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – A total of 222 Pusat Rujukan Inklusif Usahawan MADANI (PRIME) will begin operations at selected Pusat NADI nationwide from 24 August 2026 to provide entrepreneurs with easier access to information and government support.
The initiative was announced by Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives YB Encik Steven Sim Chee Keong during the launch of PRIME 2026 and the Buku Aspirasi Membangun Usahawan MADANI: 20 Tahun INSKEN at Pusat NADI Machang Bubok, here.
Through collaboration between Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), PRIME will serve as a one-stop entrepreneurship reference point at the community level.
The centres will provide entrepreneurs with information and guidance on financing, training, mentoring and various forms of government assistance.
The initiative is aimed at making entrepreneurship support more accessible, inclusive and closer to communities, particularly for entrepreneurs at the grassroots level.
It is also intended to ensure that entrepreneurs do not miss opportunities to grow their businesses.

The launch also featured the Buku Aspirasi Membangun Usahawan MADANI: 20 Tahun INSKEN, commemorating two decades of INSKEN’s efforts to support Malaysian entrepreneurs.
Over the past 20 years, INSKEN has guided more than 159,000 entrepreneurs through more than 4,000 training and mentoring programmes.
The initiative and publication are intended to build on INSKEN’s achievements while supporting the development of a more inclusive, competitive and resilient entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Also present were YB Lee Khai Loon, ADUN Machang Bubok; YBhg. Dato’ Mustaffa Kamil bin Ayub, Chairman of INSKEN; YBrs. Puan Viviantie binti Sarjuni, Chief Executive Officer of INSKEN; as well as senior management from KUSKOP and its agencies.
