PARIT SULONG, 31 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Minister of Plantation and Commodities YB Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad officiated the Carnival and Launching Ceremony of the 2026 Kampung Angkat MADANI Programme by the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) at Kampung Parit Warijo, Sri Medan, Batu Pahat, Johor.
The Kampung Angkat MADANI Programme is one of the Government’s initiatives to narrow the development gap and improve the wellbeing and quality of life of rural communities through projects and initiatives that directly benefit residents.
The carnival and launching ceremony were held in a lively atmosphere, featuring various activities and programmes, alongside the participation of ministries, departments and agencies that engaged directly with the local community by providing services and information.
The event also served as a platform to bring government services closer to the people while strengthening ties between KPK, its agencies and the local community in line with the Malaysia MADANI aspiration.

The ministry expressed appreciation to residents of Kampung Parit Warijo and surrounding areas for their support and cooperation in making the programme a success.
