KUALA LUMPUR, 22 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – A contingent of 89 Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) athletes departed for Singapore today to compete in the 61st Singapore Police Force–Royal Malaysia Police Interforce Games 2026.
The competition will take place from 22 to 25 September, with PDRM athletes competing in five sports — golf, women’s futsal, dragon boat racing, table tennis and badminton.
The contingent departed from the Kuala Lumpur Police Training Centre following a briefing by PDRM Sports Council Secretary Superintendent Bibiana Ng Pei Chin.
During the briefing, she emphasised the importance of discipline, sportsmanship and the responsibility of every athlete in representing the force throughout the competition.

PDRM’s participation also continues the tradition of the Interforce Games as a platform to strengthen ties and camaraderie between the police forces of Malaysia and Singapore.
