KUALA LUMPUR, 25 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) has highlighted business opportunities, industry challenges and developments in Malaysia’s halal sector through its participation in the Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS) 2026.
KUSKOP Deputy Secretary of the Halal and Vendor Development Division Aidi Azli Wahit shared the ministry’s involvement in MIHAS 2026 during an interview on TV9’s Nasi Lemak Kopi O programme on Friday morning.
The discussion covered opportunities available through the halal industry, challenges faced by industry players and the latest developments within Malaysia’s halal ecosystem.
KUSKOP is also participating in MIHAS 2026 through its pavilion at Hall 2, Level 1 of the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur.

The exhibition runs from 23 to 26 September, with the KUSKOP pavilion operating from 10am to 6pm.
