BUDI Diesel to merge with BUDI95 from July 1

Kuala Lumpur, 23 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The BUDI Diesel programme will be integrated with BUDI95 beginning 1 July 2026, with eligible recipients able to access subsidised fuel using their MyKad.

According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Kewangan, several key dates have been outlined ahead of the nationwide implementation of the integrated subsidy mechanism.

Starting 22 June 2026, eligible individuals can check their status and apply for additional eligibility through the official BUDI MADANI portal or at Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) service counters.

The ministry also announced that early access for subsidised diesel purchases will begin on 27 June 2026 for eligible individuals in Peninsular Malaysia.

Full nationwide implementation is scheduled for 1 July 2026, allowing qualified recipients to purchase subsidised diesel at RM2.10 per litre using their MyKad.
