KUALA LUMPUR, 21 May 2026 (The Capital Post) — Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil today presented the 2025 Excellence Service Awards (APC) of the Ministry of Communications at Auditorium Seri Angkasa, Angkasapuri Kota Media.
A total of 535 recipients from the ministry, departments and agencies within Peninsular Malaysia were honoured in recognition of their outstanding performance and dedication in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Earlier during the event, Fahmi Fadzil highlighted the role of the Quick Response Team, which helps ministries and government agencies identify potentially viral issues while coordinating communication efforts swiftly and effectively.
He said the role of ministry personnel has become increasingly important due to their significant capability in helping deliver government information to the rakyat more effectively.

Also present were Communications Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Abdul Halim Hamzah and members of the ministry’s senior management team, departments and agencies.
