Defence Minister Meets Malaysian Officers in Australia

AUSTRALIA 3 July 2026, (The Capital Post) – During an official working visit to Australia, Malaysia’s Defence Minister Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin  attended a dinner hosted by the Malaysian Defence Attaché in Canberra, Kol. Dr. Samhasri bin Samah., as part of efforts to engage with Malaysian personnel abroad.

The gathering provided an opportunity for the minister to meet and interact with members of the Malaysian Armed Forces currently undergoing courses, training programmes, and academic studies at various defence and higher education institutions across Australia. The session also allowed officers to share updates on their professional and academic progress while abroad.
