PUTRAJAYA, 29 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of National Unity has highlighted digitalisation as a tool to strengthen cooperation and unity across the public sector while improving government services for Malaysians.
The 2026 Enterprise Architecture (EA) Symposium and launch of the Public Sector Digitalisation Plan (RPSA) 2026–2030 were officiated by Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.
Carrying the theme “Sinergi Ekosistem, Memacu Impak Digital”, the programme emphasised cooperation among ministries and agencies in advancing the public sector’s digital transformation.
Through the Whole-of-Government approach, government agencies are expected to coordinate digitalisation efforts more closely to ensure services are inclusive and benefit Malaysians regardless of background.
The ministry said stronger collaboration across government could also improve the sharing of data, expertise and innovation, contributing to services that are easier, faster and more effective.

It added that closer coordination between ministries and agencies could support digital transformation while serving as a platform to strengthen unity.
Also present was Ministry of National Unity Secretary-General Dato’ Haslina binti Abdul Hamid.
