KUALA LUMPUR 3 July 2026, (The Capital Post) – Despite a demanding schedule attending the Dewan Rakyat sitting and carrying out key ministerial responsibilities, Economic Minister YB Tuan Haji Akmal Nasrullah Haji Mohd Nasir took time to join the Yayasan Peneraju community in a farewell ceremony honouring Mr Ibrahim Sani, who concluded his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera effective 1 July 2026.
The minister highlighted Yayasan Peneraju’s significant role in developing highly skilled Bumiputera youth, particularly in professional disciplines, science, and technology. He noted that the foundation’s efforts to expand access to education and professional certification while strengthening Bumiputera competitiveness across strategic sectors remain essential to the nation’s long-term human capital development.
On behalf of the Ministry of Economy, the minister expressed his deepest appreciation to Mr Ibrahim Sani for his dedication, leadership, and valuable contributions during his time leading Yayasan Peneraju. He acknowledged the organisation’s continued importance in advancing Bumiputera talent development and supporting Malaysia’s economic aspirations.
