KUALA LUMPUR, 8 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – Festival Budaya Malaysia 2026 (FBM 2026) is set to bring six days of Malaysian arts, culture and heritage to Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur, from 11 to 16 September.
The festival will run daily from 9am until midnight, featuring programmes and activities celebrating the diversity of Malaysia’s cultural heritage.
Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) Event Management Division Secretary YBrs. Encik Mohamd Raizuli bin Mat Jusoh shared details on preparations and activities for FBM 2026 during an appearance on BERNAMA TV’s Apa Khabar Malaysia programme on Tuesday morning.
During the programme, Mohamd Raizuli discussed preparations for the festival as well as the programmes and activities planned throughout the six-day event.

FBM 2026 is aimed at bringing together Malaysia’s diverse arts, culture and heritage in the capital, providing visitors with an opportunity to experience the country’s cultural offerings.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, FBM 2026 will take place at Tasik Titiwangsa from 11 to 16 September 2026, from 9am to midnight daily. – The Capital Post
