PUTRAJAYA, 24 October 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) recognised 35 employees for their outstanding performance and dedication during its Monthly Exemplary Employee Award (APCB) certificate presentation ceremony held on 23 October 2026.
The recognition involved 17 recipients from the Management and Professional Group and 18 from the Implementing Group, including contract officers and personnel under the Malaysia Short-Term Employment Programme (MySTEP).
The ceremony was organised to acknowledge employees who demonstrated strong commitment, dedication and excellence in carrying out their responsibilities.
The initiative followed a proposal by Higher Education Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Ts. Dr. Aminuddin Hassim during the Nasi Lemak Kopi O (NLKO) 2026 engagement session with Implementing Group personnel on 10 August.
During that session, Aminuddin proposed that APCB recipients be formally recognised at the ministry’s Top Management Meetings beginning in October 2026.
