At the same point during the previous Johor state election, voter turnout was 49.63 per cent, with 1,277,931 voters having cast their ballots from more than 2.5 million registered voters.

Among the state constituencies, Sri Medan recorded the highest voter turnout as of 5pm at 77.2 per cent, followed by Semarang at 76.8 per cent and Sedili at 74.3 per cent.

Meanwhile, Bekok registered the lowest turnout at 58.9 per cent, followed by Stulang at 60.5 per cent and Perling at 60.6 per cent.
