KDN strengthens integrity culture through Outreach Integrity course

PULAU PINANG, 5 September 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) has strengthened its efforts to foster integrity among its workforce through the Outreach Integriti Di Hatiku Course Series 2/2026 held at the Islamic Training Institute of Penang (ILIP).

Held from 2 to 4 September 2026, the programme aimed to deepen KDN personnel’s understanding of integrity, strengthen character development and raise awareness of the importance of positive values in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

The course also focused on personal development, communication, teamwork, humanity and spirituality to help develop KDN personnel who are disciplined, ethical and possess strong personal values.

The programme reflects KDN’s continued commitment to strengthening an integrity-based workplace culture and developing a quality workforce committed to ethical public service delivery.

According to a post on the official Facebook page of Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), the course was held at ILIP from 2 to 4 September 2026. – The Capital Post
