KUALA LUMPUR, 28 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Works (KKR) today organised Wacana Ilmu Siri 4/2026, themed “Bicara Mufti: Menilai Taqwa Di Sebalik Jawatan”, to strengthen Islamic values while promoting integrity and trustworthiness among ministry personnel.
The programme, held at Bilik Tanjung, Level 6, Block A, Ministry of Works, featured Us. Muhammad Muazul Amin Mohd Adlan from the Federal Territories Mufti Department as guest speaker, representing the Federal Territories Mufti.
The session highlighted the importance of taqwa as a foundation in carrying out entrusted duties and responsibilities, particularly in the public service.
Participants were reminded that holding a position is not merely a status or privilege, but an amanah that must be fulfilled with sincerity, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility towards Allah SWT and society.
The programme also provided a platform for KKR personnel to reflect on the importance of balancing organisational excellence with character development, moral values and spiritual strength.

The event also featured an interactive Maulidur Rasul quiz aimed at encouraging greater appreciation of the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad SAW, followed by a prize presentation for the winners.
The token of appreciation for the guest speaker was presented by KKR Deputy Secretary-General (Policy and Development), Datuk Dr. Khairus Masnan Abdul Khalid.
Also present was Puspanita KKR branch chairperson Datin Seri Rosmawati Hassan.
The organisation of Wacana Ilmu Siri 4/2026 reflects KKR’s continued commitment to developing personnel who are not only knowledgeable, competent and high-performing, but also possess strong character, integrity and spiritual values in carrying out their responsibilities towards religion, society and the nation.
