Bangi, Selangor, 22 June 2026 (The Capital Post) – The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) continues to strengthen its efforts to enhance service delivery through the organisation of the KPKM Customer Day 2026, held in conjunction with the 14th Agriculture Convocation Ceremony 2026.
According to a post on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM), the programme was organised by the Corporate Communications Unit through its Complaints Management and Customer Service Subsection on 17 June at the Bangi Avenue Convention Centre (BACC), Selangor.
KPKM’s participation as an exhibitor at the event served as a significant platform for the implementation of the KPKM Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026, providing members of the public with an opportunity to share their views, suggestions and feedback on the ministry’s services.
Through the initiative, visitors were able to participate in the survey by completing an online questionnaire via a QR code provided at the venue.

The ministry said the feedback gathered would play an important role in helping KPKM formulate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure its services remain relevant, high-quality and responsive to the needs of the public.
According to the Facebook post, members of the public who wish to participate in the KPKM Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026 may still access the questionnaire through the QR code or the link provided by the ministry.- The Capital Post
