BANGKOK, 28 May 2026 (The Capital Post) — The Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (KUSKOP) began the second day of its trade mission to Bangkok in conjunction with THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2026 with a working visit to Jasberry Co., Ltd., a social enterprise known for elevating Thailand’s premium organic rice products to international markets while empowering rural farming communities.
The visit provided an opportunity for Deputy Minister Mohamad Alamin and the KUSKOP delegation to observe first-hand the company’s inclusive business model and sustainable approach in building a high-impact social entrepreneurship ecosystem.
According to the ministry, the visit also served as a platform to explore best practices and strategic ideas that could benefit the development of social enterprises, cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malaysia.
KUSKOP reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the competitiveness, innovation and global market access of local entrepreneurs through strategic networks and cross-border collaborations.

The ministry expressed hope that the visit would open more opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange that could contribute towards the development of Malaysia’s entrepreneurship and cooperative sectors.
