VLADIVOSTOK, 14 August 2026 (The Capital Post) – Malaysia and Russia continue to strengthen bilateral cooperation through the 5th Malaysia–Russia Joint Commission for Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation (JC-ESTC), held in Vladivostok.
Higher Education Minister YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir attended a dinner hosted by Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education H.E. Valery Falkov in conjunction with the meeting.
The gathering provided an opportunity for Malaysian and Russian delegations to strengthen ties and exchange views in an informal setting.
